The Gospel Message

At the heart of the Christian faith is a real, living relationship with God. The Bible tells us that becoming a real Christian is about being given forgiveness through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ by God’s grace.

This undeserved favour granted to us by God is a wonderful thing, and unique in this world. Salvation is God’s free gift. No-one is born a Christian, you have to become one, and the Bible tells us that this happens when we put our faith, our trust into Jesus Christ.

Being a Christian involves living for God daily with His help, and looking to Him for guidance and direction. It is not a harsh set of rules or regulations but a relationship based on God’s unconditional love and forgiveness. It makes all the difference in this world and the next!
